What is the shelf life of your skincare products?
Most of our products have a shelf life of 36 months from the manufacturing date when unopened. Once opened, we recommend using them within 12 months for maximum efficacy.

What is your return policy for opened items?
Due to the nature of skincare, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
